Field Trips
Historic Oak View County Park
Third grade takes a trip to Wake County's Historic Oak View County Park in the middle of October. We love seeing the historic property at the park and learning about how North Carolina has changed over time. We do not need chaperones for this trip.

North Carolina Zoo
Third grade goes to the zoo in the spring, typically towards the end of April or the beginning of May. Students love seeing the animals that we often explore during our research and nonfiction units. We will need a lot of chaperones for this trip! All chaperones must be registered volunteers! Please stop by the Front Office to complete your volunteer registration! Information about the zoo trip is sent home during the 3rd quarter.
